Are you struggling to figure out your career or intimate relationship? Has anxiety taken over your life? Have you experienced a traumatic event that’s holding you back from living your life more fully? If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, you’ve come to the right place.

My areas of expertise are anxiety and stress reduction; relational issues; addiction and anger management. Clients describe me as warm and empathetic. Equally important is that I’m able to provide my clients with the tools and techniques necessary to make positive and lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, and families utilizing a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Systems-Based & Strength-Based Couples Therapy, Dialogue Couples Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Techniques. My work is influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, and Imago Relationship Therapy. With over 20 years of experience, I love being able to help my clients find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships with their parts and other so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, and safe.

My goal is to make your therapeutic experience feel safe and welcoming, while also providing you with positive encouragement that helps you find your own solutions for your goals. I believe that when people experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My great passion is bringing healing to people that have been through traumatic/stressful experiences and to help people fall in love with themselves all over again.

I was born in Russia and came to America in 1978. My educational experience includes a Bachelor’s of Science in psychology and philosophy from the University of Utah and a Master’s of Science in Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University.
