Meet Our Clinicians

Therapy Center of Houston

Hannah Holliday, Clinical Intern

I see people as resilient and utilize a creative approach to understanding, exploring, and facilitating change. I offer psychotherapy for those who may be experiencing emotional difficulties, such as depression, grief, relationship troubles, suffering from some untapped experience, over-worrying, and difficulty with life transition. My therapeutic focus is to explore and capture a nonjudgmental understanding of your story and help facilitate, pivot, and build in the present. I believe encouragement and a focus on the individual's strengths are important to bring awareness.

My experience includes working with adolescents experiencing emotional/life transition stressors, grief, and identity/self-esteem. I have worked with the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) population and the Substance Abuse Disorder population. I am a graduate student working on my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at St. Thomas University. I am supervised on-site by our Clinical Director, Sharon McLendon, LPC-S.

I recognize that life can be hard and seeking help can be even more difficult, especially when you or someone you care about is feeling stuck. I want you to have a loving mindset toward yourself and I am here to provide that additional support.
