When we’re open and honest about what we’re going through, such as our fears and insecurities, in a safe therapy setting, that’s where the magic happens. It gives you the opportunity to be receptive to true healing and significant personal growth. Showing our true selves, even the messy bits, helps build a strong connection with the therapist.
